All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed and shipped.

Order Delivery Confirmation

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered complete and fulfilled. Peptide Kingdom is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed. We encourage customers to ensure they provide accurate shipping information and monitor tracking updates closely.

Damaged or Broken Items

If a product arrives in a damaged or broken condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at anthony@peptidekingdom.net with:

• A clear photo of the damaged item(s)
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue

Upon verification, we will promptly send a replacement free of charge. Replacements are only provided for products that were damaged during transit and reported within the 48-hour window.

Shipping Errors

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will correct the error by reshipping the correct item at no additional cost and provide a return label for the incorrect item if necessary.
